These Terms of Service govern access to the PLM Nexus website and related software services. By using our site or products, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Scope

PLM Nexus provides software tools, technical content, and architecture-review information focused on PLM and Teamcenter workflows. Product scope may evolve as offerings mature.

3. Acceptable Use

• • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• • Do not use services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
• • Do not attempt to reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of PLM Nexus or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Accounts and Security

If account-based access is provided, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Service Availability

We target reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, or upstream provider outages may temporarily impact access.

7. Review-Required Tooling

Any generated code, technical output, templates, scripts, validation checks, or related Forge tooling are review-required materials. They are not production-ready, certified, deployable, or guaranteed to be correct for any specific Teamcenter environment without senior technical review.

Before using such materials in any customer, test, staging, or production environment, you are responsible for appropriate expert review, target SDK build verification, environment-specific validation, security review, and site acceptance testing.

8. No Warranty

Website content, software tools, generated outputs, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. PLM Nexus does not warrant that any output will be error-free, production-ready, suitable for a particular purpose, compliant with your internal standards, or compatible with your target systems.

9. Fees and Commercial Terms

Paid features or subscriptions are governed by product-specific pricing and commercial terms shown at checkout or in separate service agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PLM Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, data, production availability, or system integrity. This limitation applies to website content, software tools, generated outputs, and related materials, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
